Laura joined The Estep Law Firm in August 2023, bringing over 20 years of legal experience to our team. She earned her undergraduate degree in Mass Communications from the University of Missouri and later obtained a master’s degree in education from Lindenwood University. Laura’s multifaceted background includes on-air news reporting with NBC, teaching Spanish and operating her own private investigation business. These experiences have equipped her with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. She enjoys building personal connections with clients, understanding their unique needs, and ensuring they feel confident and cared for throughout the estate planning process. In her free time, she loves spending time outdoors with her dog, her family, and friends.
Cindy Wilson
Marketing Director
In June 2025, Cindy Wilson brought her extensive expertise in senior care to The Estep Law Firm as Marketing Director. With more than 15 years dedicated to serving the senior living community, she has built a comprehensive understanding of the unique challenges facing aging adults and their families.
Cindy's career journey began with managing a Senior Bank Club and coordinating group tours for the St. Charles Parks Department. She then expanded her impact through community outreach initiatives for a multi-service agency providing skilled home health, private duty care, and hospice services. Her leadership experience grew as she took on key roles in both skilled Medicare/Medicaid nursing facilities and the private pay senior living industry.
This rich professional background has shaped Cindy into a detail-oriented problem-solver who excels at navigating complex situations. Her true strength lies in her ability to connect with clients on a personal level, ensuring they feel genuinely heard, thoroughly informed, and completely confident as they navigate the estate planning journey.
When she's not advocating for clients, Cindy treasures time spent on the water boating and enjoying life's moments with her husband, their dog, and extended family and friends.
